Van Leeuwen Ice Cream

The ice cream was yummy, refreshing, and delicious. It reminded me of most other ice cream shops, nothing really stood out as unique, but I still enjoyed it. I first tasted it at the grocery market and it was so delicious that I searched for it on Instagram and followed it. I thought I should go to the store in New York since there is one. I was so happy to see the store today. The friendly staff explained the menu and sampled it. I chose my favorite dark cherry and white chocolate raspberry ice cream. It was so delicious. I have to go back next time.

I stumbled into the store one night after grabbing some burgers with my boyfriend. We split a double scoop with the marion berry cheesecake and mango sticky rice flavors. Both were so good and unique! The worn that there’s pretty limited seating inside the restaurant, but there’s also seating outside. The staff was really kind and let us try multiple favors before we settled on these two.

Cute place, friendly service, and truly great ice cream! I had one scoop of dark chocolate brownie, and my husband had the mango sorbet — both were absolutely delicious. Definitely worth the calories and the experience!
