Val's Hamburgers

We were visiting friends in St Cloud. My husband went for his morning walk. He walked passed Val's Hamburgers. Because of it's unique look we knew we had to eat there. Our friends highly recommended Val's too. You place your order on a kiosk. Your order number is the last four numbers of your cellphone number. We ordered a double cheeseburger, french fries, a chocolate shake and a banana shake. The banana shake taste like a piece of laffy taffy candy. It is a small space and it was crowded. We received our order in less than 20 minutes. Everything was DELICIOUS!

The burgers and fries are amazing! The prices, you cannot beat. I do suggest to get at least the double burgers as they are very thin and 2 put together would be one. The fries are incredible. Everything is made to order. If you are looking to sit down, bring camping chairs and have a little picnic in the parking lot. I wish I didn't live so dang far away, this would be a frequently visited burger spot.

Had the opportunity to visit Val's Hamburgers tonight. Very small walk-in ordering area and kitchen. Waited for 15 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and fries but was very pleased with the works burger and fries. The fries were perfectly cooked and hot and fresh. The burgers were delicious with tons of flavor. Fried onions, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Yum. Great prices too. Wish I had room for a milkshake, they looked amazing. Definitely a staple of the community being around since 1959. Will be back next time I'm in St. Cloud.

If you've never been here, it's something you need to try at least once! Very good classic burger with the works can't be beat at this price. Best frys hands down! Plenty of shake flavors, but more like a shake machine, not a blender. Is it a gourmet restaurant? No. It is a unique burger joint, (think hole-in-the-wall) that has been around for generations that is a classic walk up window at amazing prices.

Wife been pushing going here I resisted. But my wife is like the Borg. Resistance is futile. Now i am a believer - best burgers EVER u swear. We drive an hour and a half out of the way for em once a week now.
