Called and ordered a battle pizza. Showed up 30 mins later, still not ready. About 8 mins later, go back in and they say oh it’s coming out of the oven.. another 8 mins later they say “oh it will be another 7 mins” It’s one thing to be slower than molasses is sub freezing. But to not be up front and lie. What a disgrace. We love pizza. Will never come back. I’d recommend many others in town unless you want your time carelessly wasted

Best lasagna and breadsticks in town. Besides fresh food to go, they also have frozen lasagna and pizzas in a freezer available to purchase. Update: We continue to get food here on a regular basis. The service from the staff is great. They are very friendly and helpful. Also, we just realized recently that they have a drive up windows that you can use.

Being an Omaha native, I LOVE Valentino's! I was so excited to see this business opening up in our neighborhood. I do miss the buffet aspect, but grabbing that familiar pizza to bring home makes me happy as well. We did an online order and had about a 10min wait from pickup time, which wasn't bad in my opinion for a Friday night. The storefront was clean and the team was all welcoming. We tried a pizza and the breadstick mixture. We will definitely be back!

The evening manager doesn’t listen to the order and makes the food how he wants. I asked for extra cinnamon sauce on my bread twists just like I always have before and would get it unless he was making them for me. I got a little upset with him the last time he made them and we exchanged a few words with his worse than mine and now he won’t even take my order. He does not belong in the food service industry. I’ve tried contacting upper management but get no response in return

They are back! Just opened and still working thru the start up. We tried to call in order on Saturday at 4pm with no answer. Then went into the store on Sunday about 11:30. Placed order and quoted 20 minutes which was spot on. There is not really dining in. They had about 10 seats which would be bar seating, but mostly full of people waiting. The food was hot and tasted just like the original flavor we have enjoyed. Pricing seems a little high. We had lasagna, bread sticks, and ordered some macaroni salad. They do have a cooler with pizza ready to take home and bake. We will be back.
