Vale Healthy Kitchen - Miami (Brickell)

First time coming to their actual location. Had them at events before and loved their food. The store itself is very cute and clean. Had one of their bowls with noodles, macaroni & cheese as well as buffalo chicken and turkey meatballs. Also got a chocolate chip cookie and their mango ginger lemonade. So so good! Wish it was a bit closer to where I live, would come more often. Please open a location in Miami Beach :)

I really like this healthy food spot, it’s super convenient because you can walk in and build your own bowl right away. It’s perfect if you’re on a specific diet or tracking your macros since you can customize everything to your preference. They have plenty of options for veggies, sides, carbs, and salads. The only thing I’d mention is that the proteins tend to feel a bit greasy. If they prepared the proteins in a healthier way, the food would be even better. I usually order the salmon or the shrimp, and while they taste good, they’re often a bit too oily or heavily seasoned. Other than that, everything is fresh and delicious.

I love vale I’ve been eating here for years but what is up with these portions getting smaller? The bowl is half empty :/ Staff also weren’t paying attention to the line of customers because they were busy joking in the kitchen but anyways, seems like the quality has gone down. Side note I know the marketing agency is going to leave a prompt response like in the other reviews but hopefully someone from management see’s the picture.
