Awful experience. Basically stole my money. A co-worker ordered over 50$ in food for the workplace with my card thinking this was the sumter location and after completing the order immediately realized and called to cancel and refund. Keep in mind this location doesn’t prepare your food until you are there. It Took multiple calls and being left on hold for 30+ minutes for him to finally agree to refund the money. Waited a few days no refund so I called with same experience called multiple times and got left on hold while the guy who barely knew English talked to coworkers in Spanish for over 30 minutes to say they did in fact refund. Told them they have not and to please do so. I’ve called on 4 separate occasions and now they just don’t answer at all or have an attitude and promptly hang u

MARCOS && FRANCHESCA ARE THE BEST EMPLOYEES…DON’T TAKE MARCOS FROM THIS STORE AND YOU GUYS NEED TO BRING HER BACK…EVERYONE ELSE THAT WORKS THERE IS RUDE HONESTLY…I ASKED ONE BOY WITH A BUMPY FACE TO FRY MY FRENCH FRIES HARD HE SAID NO && GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK…MARCOS && FRANCHESCA MAKE ME WANT TO ORDER FROM THERE BECAUSE THE HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE…THE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD THOUGH…I GO OFTEN WHEN THEY’RE THERE TO TAKE MY ORDER!!!

Almost all the food here has always been good but not great. I would love to give fives star because I’ve never had any big issues but have definitely experienced little annoyances like wings only sauced on one side. The wings are the best option, but I also enjoy the peach lemonade. Great option for a quick lunch.

Called in a order of 20 lemon pepper wings, along with some shrimp fried rice. The wings were seasoned very well, and fried perfectly! The rice was also delicious! The service was quick and professional.

First time going was great. Restaurant was clean. Prices match the ones on their website. You preview your order before taking it and get to salt your own fries. They offer extra condiments. Taste is delicious. Will be visiting again.
