Overpriced, Disrespectful, and Completely Unorganized — Never Again I placed a pickup order by phone the night before, like I’ve done for years. When I arrived, I called to confirm it was ready. They said it was ready and told me to come inside to get it. When I walked in, the store was overcrowded, chaotic, and had no separate area for pickups — just one huge line of people placing orders. When the owner came out, I politely asked for my pickup order, and he responded with rude, sarcastic, and nasty comments, telling me I had to wait until everyone finished ordering before he would hand me food that was already prepared and confirmed ready. It's a little crazy sometimes but the food is incredible I've been going to us chicken for many years and the menu just keeps growing great food good people good prices AA+
