Urban Talent Management

I have been signed with Urban Talent this time around for 4 years. Alex is my agent and she is ✨AMAZING!✨ She is always checking in with me to see how things are going, setting goals with me, and helping me with any questions or concerns that I have had. They also send out castings pretty often which is nice! I have gotten quite a few auditions from Urban and feel that I improve every day! Thank you Urban & Alex for helping me grow and find my confidence.

Amazing support from all the leaders in all markets that Urban Talent has. Urban Talent Management is very knowledgeable of the industry - offers master classes and top-notch training - whether it’s in acting or modeling in each of those fields. I feel encouraged and part of a family that I’ve been missing for a long time. I’m very thankful to be signed onto the agency in August. I’m being trained properly of becoming a well rounded talent within the agency. I highly suggest this agency to manage you as a talent. Break a leg and realize You have to be willing to do the work in order to see the results and learning what the industry is about and not expecting an instant gratification unless you were born into the industry - lol .

Urban has many talented and knowledgeable agents here, and they offer newcomers training in acting, modeling, headshots, portfolio assistance and representation at a 15% rate per gig. The training they provide is offered through Style inc. and is very high quality and is worth the initial up front investment, especially the additional extended workshops that are offered monthly at no additional cost. Their staff is also very friendly and supportive.

Please listen to my review! I want to save you the risk- Run from this “agency” . They have you sign a contract for 12 months that requires you to pay roughly $200 a month. You never get booked and the castings they send you are all over other booking sites (I recommend signing up for those since they’re cheaper). For you to get on their website you have to go through their “development classes” ran by the CEO Tina who gets a joy of embarrassing and belittling the talent. You don’t learn anything from the classes that run all day (plus bring snack items since you only get a 10 minute break and they don’t feed you). I didn’t go with their photographer (who you also have to pay for!!) due to me having access to way better photographers and I was never placed on the website. All they are is
