Urban Bird Hot Chicken

I always come here since they open the store staff is really Good I came back a few days ago saw new faces but Cat definitely got my respect shes amazing the way she serves, the way she smile, the way she clean and also she tries her best when i come speaking spanish shes a great team leader and definitely deserves a new promotion urban bird need to make her manager or something because shes the best great food also i love the urban fries nashville flavor but i love coming to this location because she treats me like im home thank you Cat for your hard work!!😊

Paola was our awesome server. She was very friendly and had patience with us when we didn’t know what we were doing. The food and atmosphere were great. I would dine here again and try some other things.

This was my first time being at this location. The first thing I noticed when walking in was how clean everything look and it smells fresh. The vibe is really chill to hang out with friends, family etc., The cashier LiLLY was very sweet and patient she gave the best customer service and made sure everything was correct what I ordered. Also I’m big on how clean the restroom is and this place definitely knows what they’re doing. Over all the experience was amazing the food was very delicious 😋 highly recommend.

The only downfall is that I didn’t go sooner!!! Everything was great. The chicken was amazing, the Mac and cheese, the loaded fries, my daughter loved her shake. Will definitely be coming back we pass by daily and they have a drive thru window. And the biggest plus for me personally, it’s halal!!!! No guilt eating this chicken!

This place was bomb and food was good I had Mac and cheese bowl with chicken it was so great along with the service will be returning
