UPS

This morning (10/25) I received outstanding customer service from Matt. We were waiting on a package that was delayed due to mechanical problems with the plane, we in turn had to stop a freighter. Matt went above and beyond to make sure we got the package as soon as it got off the truck so we could get the freighter moving again. It's service like that, that needs to be recognized. Thanks Matt and the staff in Rudyard.

If you ever need anything or have questions, CALL THEM. The hours may be very limited but if they can they will open up to help you. I missed a package delivery early in the day and was able to set up picking it up after hours when the driver got back. I know they went above and beyond for that and I really appreciate it. Even if they can't do the same for you (I lucked out big time), they are very helpful and courteous.

We RV full time and a forwarded package got rerouted from Sault Ste. Marie, so we took the short drive to Rudyard to see if we could find it. The facility was easy to find, the people there were very responsive and we got our package! Really appreciate the customer service here!!

I noticed that all responses are "Thank you for the rating! We appreciate your positive rating for this UPS location." Is this just another UPS computer answer so that we cannot talk to anyone! Please feel free to respond to me at anytime.
