I called them because our apartment was filled with yellow jacket bees and asked them to provide temporary access for sleeping and restroom access on Sunday night. They refused and advised us to use the gas station for restroom access and said we don’t care about your graduate house problem. What’s the purpose of UR safety if they cannot help in an emergency?
Very efficient front desk, I was there to get my badge for the facilities and they were prompt and friendly.
My friend was waiting for over an hour to get a ride from public safety at 3 am…. Absolutely disgraceful
Tell your public saftey people to actually park in parking spaces instead of parking in the middle of a parking lot behind The Wok/Subway blocking the way smdh.
