Rude management team. Very incompetent in their job description. Very misleading. Great practice of violating tenant rights. Moved in 02/28/2025, I have yet to receive a working stove, the apartment was never cleaned (animal feces and urine were visible around the apartment), roach feces were also visible and recorded by myself in front of management while video recording our encountered meeting of one another. Asked management to correct the mistakes made in the apartment and was denied human rights of health and safety. After just 2-3 weeks, I am now seeking further help from 311, as well as, help with landlord/ tenant harassment. To whomever reads this this is NYCHA... Public housing
I was suppose to move in but no one has answers for me here but I was selected for development I’m in a family shelther with my son I been here almost 2 yrs it’s unfair it’s no one I can tell
It may seem ok from the outside, but it is rotten on the inside
