Uncommon Pies is absolutely fantastic! The pizza is hands-down some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The crust is perfectly cooked — crispy and the toppings are fresh and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The combinations are creative without being over the top, and everything just works together so well. It’s clear they take pride in what they serve. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is friendly, which makes the whole experience even better.

The nicest owners and the pizza is wonderful! I went in for a slice, not realizing they weren’t officially open yet. They were hosting a soft opening and not only did they welcome me in but they sent me out with a box full of free pizza! Definitely recommend!

By far the best pizza I’ve had in Texas! Such a cool vibe, great staff, and delicious pizza. I tried 3 different types and they were all delicious.
