Uncle Dieu’s Vietnamese Street Food

The best!!! Get the shrimp sandwich, it’s so good. Also the wings and the Vietnamese pancake!! Uncle Dieu was so kind and hospitable. The Vietnamese coffee was incredible as well, super strong but also creamy. There are tables to sit at and he even brought us a little cup of water to wash our hands with afterwards. You must try this food truck!

The owner so nice and friendly. Greeted me right away and gave recommendations. I ordered the banh xeo and it was so good. You can hear the crunch in how crispy the edges are. The fish sauce was great too. Definitely will be going back next time I visit Florida. I highly recommend!

I'm thrilled to have discovered Uncle Dieu's. First, he's such a kind man who makes you feel welcome, like you're family. Then, the food and Vietmamese coffee -- like others said, if I could give more stars I would. The Vietnamese pancake was crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle, and delicious. The chicken and rice was among the best I've ever tasted -- crispy yet moist and so flavorful. Whatever he does to the rice, which I think involved ginger and garlic, is a winning recipe. I also had to try his Vietnamese coffee -- truly the best in Orlando. I think Uncle Dieu should be featured on a food show and that everyone should go try it. Amazing!

#1 place for Vietnamese cuisine!! I would give 10 stars if I could ⭐️ I have had so much pho in my life but never as good as this ❤️ Please try Bánh Xèo — sooo crispy and savory! The fried rice is also amazing. I have heard the Vietnamese coffee is also delicious, we were just way too full! 😋 Not to mention, the owner is so kind and passionate about his cuisine, he is a joy to talk to! Seriously come support this business, you won’t regret it ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you!!!

The service and the food were so amazing! Highly reccomend. I got the shrimp fried rice, and it was perfect. His homemade fish sauce is also delicious. The food is a must try!
