Umi Japanese Restaurant

My husband and I went with my sister and her boyfriend and this restaurant did not disappoint. We tried many of the dishes but be sure to get the truffle udon with pork belly as well as the kimchi croquettes. We had so much fun at this restaurant and everything we tried was simply amazing. Our waiter Ray offered excellent service, recommended great dishes, and had nothing but nice things to say about his occupation as well as the owners. We’ll be sure to be back to this stable great sushi place with an awesome array of Asian fusion options.

Our server Mona was very friendly. We had a spicy tuna and a Mr. crabs Sushi. We also had the udon noodle with shrimp. Everything was super delicious! The ambience was very chill and laid-back excellent restaurant. You’ll definitely be back.

I had dinner at Umi and when I say it was was amazing. The food was 10/10. We had the kimchi croquettes and kanpungi as an appetizer and they were great. For the entree we had the beef short rib, bishojo, and the cilantro. The appetizers were unique and very flavorful. The sushi rolls were exceptional and the portions were fairly large. The short rib was my favorite especially with the sweet potato side. The service was exceptional, ask for Ray if you’re having dinner there for a great experience.

The lobster bisque and hot stone bibimbap are truly outstanding, each delivering a delightful explosion of flavors. The inviting atmosphere elevates the dining experience, leaving a lasting impression. It's undeniably one of the top sushi and Asian cuisine experiences you can find. Mona's exceptional service throughout our meal made the entire experience even more memorable.

It was our first experience at Umi, and it was nothing short of amazing. Mona was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu and recommending different options. The food was exquisite, and we even tried the Japanese soda, which was a fun and unique touch. I’m vegetarian and there were great options for me. This was truly a memorable experience for our family, one that my children will remember forever. I’m so grateful we decided to try this place. Mona’s friendliness and knowledge made the evening even more special and elevated the entire experience.
