Umami Ramen - Lincoln

I rarely finish an entire bowl of ramen when I'm out but we all finished everything in our bowls. It was just too good to leave anything, and this was after we got an appetizer. The prices are reasonable and if you come in before end of August you get a free karage sample. The chicken is so moist, I highly recommend you give it a tre. Also their tea eggs are so good, the small human always asks for 2 extra 😅 Come in for the gr at food and amazing service and check out the anime figures (for sale!!), cool treats, and don't forget to check out the bathroom before you go!

In a nutshell; Good ramen, great decor and anime esthetics, great place to hang out and enjoy ramen. Greeted by anime figures and vibrant Japanese themed decor, the place really does well intriguing your curiosity to stay and try out their food. Theres a nice amount of food items to choose from that just isnt ramen. Their ramen is good but not the best I've had yet still high tier. You can order directly if a person's by the cash register or use one of their kiosks to order and grab a number which makes things a little easier. My food did take a bit long but may just be due to the busy hour and to make sure their food quality stays top tier. Theres plenty of parking all around in case you're wondering. Overall pleasant experience, Will drop by again.

I haven't actually eaten at this location, but I've been to the Folsom one. The main thing I want to point out is the fun and awesome interior! Claw machine, retail snacks/gifts, toys... And there's Vegan Rice Noodles for the gluten-free such as my son. I asked to make sure it was free of wheat because my son would get anaphylaxis. They were kind to call the manager to check.

This is the best Ramen I have ever tried outside Japan. The bone broth is so good, rich flavor and lastly you can choose what you want in your Ramen on the kios

I have had my ramen at Umami Ramen in Folsom many times, and this is my first time trying their Lincoln location. All I have to say is excellent! I love their yummy ramen. The ramen itself is perfectly done with all the delicious toppings and ingredients. I enjoyed my ramen and their amazing customer service. The workers here are very attentive. They're helpful too if you have any questions. The dining room is clean and comfortable. This is my new go-to ramen shop when I'm in the area now.
