Guilherme and his team are amazing! They were on time and swift - in the best was possible. We had a very large and very heavy dresser delivered today. I must say, Guilherme was so thoughtful and courteous. He was careful with the furniture, of course, but in our home as well. I appreciated the kind and friendly energy he brought to our delivery as well as the speed and efficiency he gave to the piece of furniture setup & install as well. Thank you, Ukay Furniture!

Smooth, on-time delivery this morning from Guilherme. Everything was handled professionally, and he made sure my electric standing desk was fully set up and functioning perfectly before wrapping up. Just received superlative service from Ukay. We had to exchange a defective item at our client’s home. They were cooperative in keeping me informed of the timing since I had a 1 hour drive to get there in order to supervise the removal and replacement of the item. The delivery men could not have been more professional and cooperative. The client was thrilled to have the problem corrected in a minimally disruptive manner by conscientious and pleasant delivery personnel. As a designer I am appreciative of their willingness to help me get the job done for my client. Props to Guilherme and his helper for handling the job with great care and professionalism and Danielle in the office for the help with scheduling.
