Uinta Brewing Company

Stopped by Uinta Brewing Company at the SLC Airport (Terminal B) and had a really nice experience. The food was solid, classic pub-style dishes, tasty and well-prepared and the prices were fair, especially for airport standards. The service was friendly and attentive, and the place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes it a great spot to unwind before a flight. Huge thanks to manager Berkay for personally checking on us and helping with our food, it really made the experience even better.

First off, you can't even order with a real person which is annoying. You scan a QR code to place your order. Second the $19.50 Chicken BLT main course salad I received was pathetic. It was about the size of a side salad and the quality of the ingredients and taste was mediocre. Mostly, it was that I couldn't believe how small it was. I had to go spend another $4 on a protein bar because I was still starving when done. And my co-workers got fry sauce and they charged $1.50 for that! Been here a couple times now and won't go back. Not impressed.

Absolutely FIRE wings. 10/10. Came out big, hot, and crispy. Exactly what I was craving. Good portion size for the price. Service is was very fast. Rylee makes a pretty good old fashioned 💯 (and her tattoos are hot). Highly recommend this place for a quick pre-flight bite and drink!

Overpriced & mediocre food. Bought the “crispy chicken sandwich” and it was nothing more than 2 chicken fingers + lettuce on a bun. No sauce either.

SLC is great because you can visit 4 different brewery with satellites at the airport. UBC sits in concourse B and you have the option to have a flight of beers. Didn't have food but looked decent as it was coming out, standard fare.
