First time to try the ugly dumpling brand. Great impression! Pleasant service, spacious area, ample of spacing between tables, accepts credit/debit. They have a private area for events/occassion. If you’re looking for a spot that serves high-quality, authentic dumplings with efficient service, this is it. ​The Food Experience: The menu offers a fantastic variety, and we loved the mix of traditional and plant-based options. ​The Sampler: My partner had the Ugly Dumpling Sampler, which is a colorful variety of soup dumplings. I tried the chicken one, and the broth inside was incredibly savory and delicious! ​Hearty Mains: He also ordered the Pork Chop Fried Rice, while I had the Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles. Amazing food and service at Ugly Dumpling. Alakaisha was very attentive and was knowledgeable when we asked what she would recommend. The chicken and pork soup dumplings were one of my favorite items. Would definitely recommend!

Our server Madeline was great! She was attentive and personable. We Loved the food!! She also gave great recommendations- the cucumber salad was the best! And the nap buns like heavenly pillows! Will come back for sure! Great service- awesome food!

I had such a great experience at Ugly Dumpling. The service was incredibly efficient, and our server, Anne Marie, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without ever feeling rushed. The food was outstanding. As a vegan, I was genuinely impressed by how many options were available. Not only were there plenty of plant-based choices, but they were also high-protein, low-calorie, and absolutely delicious—which is not always easy to find. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. It’s rare to find a place that nails great service and makes vegan dining feel exciting and satisfying. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone—vegan or not!
