UFO Hibachi & Sushi

I love this spot for hibachi and sushi in Roswell. The food is super fresh and the service is quick and friendly. This is a great place for lunch, dinner, or family meal. Its obvious the food and sauces are house-made (like the ginger sauce), and it gives the impression it is locally owned. Every time I've visited, the staff were super friendly and helpful. There are options for people with food restrictions, although I reccomend you look at the menu if you have a selective diet. I eat quite literally everything, and have not yet been disappointed. There's definitely some vegetarian options. Most recently I ordered the K wings in soy garlic sauce-- SO good. Crispy but still moist inside. So excited to come back and keep exploring the menu.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Even dining solo, I felt completely welcomed from the moment I walked in. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was tender, the shrimp were juicy, and the fried rice was easily some of the best I’ve had. Portions were generous, and everything came out hot and delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. I love how precise my to-go plate was prepared. So much so that I decided to stay and dine in. I also love the atmosphere, it makes it a great spot whether you’re with a group or enjoying a meal on your own. I’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time, and given our experience, likely the last. The large screen to order was very convenient. We absolutely love taking our time to figure out what we want without the awkward wait with the server. But the menu was confusing - it showed 50% off on sushi but the prices didn’t display it and just showed “(off)” Various offers they have on whiteboards didn’t register on the system. Maybe more importantly, the employee made a comment to us to suggest that we were taking too long to decide and that they weren’t happy they had to take other people’s orders manually. That’s fine, I can move on from that 😒. The prices were very reasonable. The salad was fresh and crisp. They included a small spring roll with our hibachis. But the rest of the food was sub-par. This place is delicious, affordable and our new favorite. We love the hibachi and everything you get with it (salad, soup, grilled veggies, chicken, rice and an egg roll). The sauces are so yummy and everything is always perfectly cooked. The staff is so friendly and accommodating as well. We are so happy we tried this little gem.

10/10.. let’s start there! I tried this place for the first time last week & instantly returned the next day! The food is great and it tastes fresh! The customer service is excellent. I got beef hibachi with the dragon roll that had shrimp tempura in it! You also get your moneys worth! My new favorite spot!
