UCHD Immunizations - Payson

Will not use this location again they mixed up my insurance with my children's causing unnecessary bill. They have emailes they send that dont work when you follow the directions to make account and the billing department is aware of this issue and don't care. The email look like a scam email. The bill was mailed to the incorrect address and then sent to collection for there mistake.

I ordered a birth certificate for a deadline. When it came, it had two other certificates of complete strangers. Terrifying not only because I have other people's information, but now I have no idea who had ours. AND we are now crunched to figure out our deadline. They wouldn't refund me either because I ordered online. You'd think they'd be a little more careful with such critical information to prevent situations like this. I wish I had known you can just go in. It would've saved me time, money, and potential identity theft. Now I'm not only scrambling for our deadline, but I'm also calling credit bureaus and trying to flag social security numbers. Big nightmare.

The employees at this location are awesome! At a time when health care workers are stressed and overworked and deserve to be grouchy, these workers are helpful, kind and pleasant. We approval they do to provide services to keep us all healthy! Lindsey was so sweet with my girls getting their vaccines, she made it so much better!

Great staff! The nurses and receptionists are always super friendly and professional. Visits are always quick and easy.

Picked up a birth certificate today. Building is clean and nice. Wasn’t busy at all. Employees were kind and helpful.
