TX Gyro

This is the absolute best place to get Mediterranean food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Gyro wrap. Huge portion sizes. I thought I couldn’t eat the whole thing but it was so good, I couldn’t stop eating. Five stars isn’t enough to describe it. Super friendly customer service and short wait times.

They were running doordash ad for buy one get one dolma and I had them and really liked it. They have some of the best chicken salads for a food truck and very freshly prepared. I always go for it whenever. I just need a quick bite for lunch. This place is really good for people who live outside Austin.

When i get a chicken kabob dish.... I expect chunks of chicken that are on or were on a stick. Not emulsified mystery meat. It tasted ok but not what I wanted.

Stopped here for the first time tonight. Grabbed some beer from Beer Geak and ordered a Gyro wrap and pita/hummus. The pita bread is warm and soft. The hummus creamy and tangy. Just perfect. The gyro is packed with meat and veggies. Paired with a spicy tangy sauce that just bursts with flavor. This place is fantastic and totally recommend.

So glad we found Tx Gyro. It's a great food truck with easy access off of 1826. My beef shawarma stayed flavorful throughout the entire meal, and the gyro plate featured excellent beef, well-seasoned rice, and fresh salad. Excellent service. Highly recommend giving them a try.
