Two Knives Catering

I hired Two Knives Catering for my wedding in January and had such a pleasant experience with them! Everyone RAVED about the food during AND after the wedding! Kristi called me personally to discuss the menu and expectations before the wedding, which I really appreciated. She was so flexible and understanding when I had to make some changes to the menu. I also had several guests with food allergies and she took it very seriously, making sure that the guests had both dairy-free and gluten-free options. We ordered the Tuscan Chicken and Beef Tenderloin as entrees, with a couple different veggie and starch options. The scalloped potatoes were by far a crowd favorite! Two Knives catered The Power of the Purse event with hundreds of people and did outstanding! The beef tenderloin was tender, the hummus was packed with flavor, the chocolate ganache was rich and creamy plus a great presentation! Will definitely use them in the future.

I will recommend this company to ANYONE getting married near Amarillo. I am wedding planner that works all throughout Texas, specializing in Ranch events, and I work with catering companies all throughout Texas. To say that this company far exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Not only is their food packed with flavor & they have amazing options to choose from, but they are some of the most professional, hard working, and kind catering companies I have ever worked with. No matter what issue came up throughout the day, they never once showed frustration & were always positive. They really made the day a Team effort & I can not wait to work with them again. I have to first say that I am a VERY picky eater. I rarely find food I love. I attended a luncheon today that was catered by Two Knives and it was absolutely delicious! I'm not a huge veggie person...I mean there's not chocolate in it that's why...but the veggies on my chicken were savory with a rich unique flavor. I was hoping they had a restaurant...that's my only disappointment. Incredible food! ❤️

Had this on Saturday and very disappointed. Ran out of food and the fruit did not look good the melons .
