This experience was absolutely infuriating and completely unacceptable. The level of incompetence and carelessness shown tonight is honestly shocking. I ordered nachos with nacho cheese, shredded cheese, beef, and paid extra for guacamole. What I received was a joke. There was no nacho cheese at all, only shredded cheese that wasn’t even melted. The beef was cold, the chips were stale, and the extra guacamole I paid for was missing entirely. As if that wasn’t bad enough, another sandwich I ordered was missing the avocado completely and was instead served with burnt cheese. This is not “a mistake” — this is blatant laziness and a total failure to do the bare minimum required to serve food. I dont go to twister often, its here and there when I do go. This particular establishment was quite good, food was good, service was good, there were some odd bystanders around the restaurant on the outside and one on the inside that did not seem like customers. Other than this the food was great, and the r we restaurant was clean.

great place to get a quick dinner. they’ve only gotten my order wrong once and even when they did what they gave me was still delicious. my only complaint is the drive-through speaker is really quiet. other than that, it’s great food at decent prices and quick service.
