Twistee Treat Zephyrhills

This Twistee Treat location in Zephyrhills has become one of our favorite spots for dessert. The staff here is always extremely friendly, patient, and upbeat every time we come through — whether we use the drive-through or walk up to order. The environment is always very clean, well lit, and well maintained, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable especially in the evenings. One thing we really appreciate is how convenient this specific location is. They have on-site parking, plenty of space, and a seating area if you want to relax and enjoy your ice cream right there instead of in the car. Quick service at a Twistee Treat is always a huge plus! There was one car in front of us and we got a very fast order. The selection here is nice. The goodies are definitely tastee. If you love a fun ice cream treat, check it out. There is a walk up window or a drive through. Lots of great shade in this are to enjoy as well.

Waited over 15 minutes and was not helped, despite 3 workers present. The customer in front of me also got tired of waiting and left without being spoken to. Poor service, very disappointing. Was way more impressed when this was a Dave’s treats. Will not be returning

My wife and I come here regularly. Usually great service. This time, we sat in the drive through for 15 minutes, no one took our order so we went to the window, waited another 10 and nothing. We then parked to walk up to the window to see if maybe someone just didn’t see our car. When we got to the window whoever was working had turned all of the store lights off and shut all windows. There were 2 employee cars in the parking lot. Very disappointed.

They are the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Literally on the menu online it says that it comes with free sprinkles or dipped they dismissed me and said they charge for that . After they just turned us away when we had a coupon. Just the worst experience ever . Y'all suck fr
