I come here all the time and I usually love this place well tonight. I drove up at 9:30 PM and the girl that answered the microphone was not pleasant and pretty much told me they were out of everything because it’s Sunday. Sad. Hire better people

We’re in the drive-through to get 2 quarts of ice cream and as soon as we left get to the red light opened the lids, the ice creams are both melted

I highly recommend stopping by Twisty Treats in Longwood, Florida! The general manager, Sam, was absolutely amazing — she has such a beautiful personality and made my visit feel genuinely special. I came in around 1:00 p.m. when it was pretty quiet, and she suggested I try the Reese’s Twisty (which I’m so glad I did). She made it perfectly! You can tell she’s a hardworking, kind, and thoughtful person who truly cares about her customers. This location is clean, relaxing, and perfect for families, friends, or anyone who just wants to treat themselves to something sweet. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience — I’ll be coming back!

Normally I love this place, but today was a bit weird. I ordered 2 pints of ice cream. One pint was peanut butter flavor with butterfinger and peanuts... There was a rather thick layer of whipped cream that's never been there before, and I didn't get any peanuts. Instead there were some small blue candies mixed in? In the other pint was mint flavor ice cream, and the toppings were correct... But there was that odd thick layer of whipped cream too. It made my husband and I think they didn't mix the flavors into the vanilla upon first opening it, but upon digging then we found our ice cream. I do not care for the small candy pieces, and wished there were peanuts in it. Not as great as usual, so I'm a little disappointed.
