Twin Lantern Dairy Bar

I tried the Mint Chip Oreo and it tasted good 👍. Price to portion is okay. Debit card accepted. There are picnic 🧺 tables available for sitting. Service was okay. My server, a woman who was older than the rest of the staff, seemed nervous and a little overwhelmed. The place is busy! I recommend a visit for the 🍦 ice-cream. I have not had a chance to order food.

I am beyond words. This little stand in Kensignton NH is small but certainly mighty! They serve some of the best ice cream around, have delicious grill food, and have the most polite employees. I am constantly amazed by the quick service and great value that you can find only at Twin Lanterns (really, their prices are unbeatable!) I always go for their caramel sea salt cookie when they have it. DELICIOUS!!

We used to go here all the time when we lived in Amesbury. Thought we'd take a nice little family outing with our children. Well let me tell you, we will NOT be back. It pains me to have to write this review but the customer service was HORRIBLE!!! There was a blonde girl with braided pigtails behind the window who clearly does not like her job and should be spoken to by management. She did not greet us as we all excitedly approached the window. It was evident that she had a bad attitude but this was further confirmed when she got on the loud speaker and YELLED an order number that she wanted someone to come get. This used to be the best ice cream spot in the area. The ice cream is still good, no complaints there, but the customer service has gone way downhill. Staff were loudly shouting for the next customer even when people were clearly still deciding, and when it was my turn, my cup was slammed down and the responses I got were short and dismissive. As much as I’ve loved coming here in the past, this experience might be my last.
