Twin Falls City Pool

The staff were very rude. And the lifeguards were SO whistle-happy. They blew their whistle at literally everything (they blew their whistle on us passing the basketball to each other, among other ridiculous things) and we felt like we couldn’t do anything other than stand still in the kids area. We asked a lifeguard if my daughter could do the obstacle course and he had her do the swim test. He said she did great and passed, but she still can’t do the obstacle course because she has a red wristband… then why did you have her do the test in the first place?! Just tell us if she has a wristband that she can’t do it in the first place, but now that you had her do the test and she passed then why can’t she do it? Considering the lifeguards won’t let you do anything at all, they should really

I love this place and my 3 kids.i used to take them to the swimming pool every second week,sometimes twice a week but i stopped since taking them because me and my kids were taking showers 🚿 and one old lady came in in shower 🚿 place she was totally naked totally 💯 naked,i never seen adults in my life before,I 3 kids saw her baked so i stopped going that place

This is a really nice public pool. Well maintained with several activities available for kids to adults. Year round facility thanks to an inflatable bubble for the winter months. Plans to remodel and update the admin/locker rooms are in the works.

Good pool only one major problem - they think they are a Roaring spring size pool and feel the need to charge a SPECTATE fee of $5! What a bunch of crap! I’m already paying for my kids to swim but now they need me to pay to watch them.

Hope the staff particularly the front desk receives basic customer service training— particularly in how to address guests respectfully and professionally.
