Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar

We’ve visited Twigs locations many times, especially in Downtown Spokane, and usually really enjoy both the food and the hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience at the Spokane Valley location was completely different. The food itself was great — the signature burger was juicy and delicious, and the fish tacos were excellent. The place feels a bit worn with older tables, but it was clean, and that wasn’t a problem. What really ruined the visit was the service. Our server acted as if helping us was a burden. No friendliness, no warmth, just a constant sense of irritation. We asked in advance for our burger to be cut in half, she didn’t write it down, forgot, and simply brought us a knife saying we could cut it ourselves. Always love the food here!! First time doing restaurant week....... SOOOOO GOOD!! And don't even get me started in our waitress, Nevaeh is amazing and kind! Just a joy to interact with. 🙌 We had so much fun!! Totally come back again and again......😊

We came for restaurant week and was not disappointed!. Food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, with bold flavors. Definitely worth the experience, we will be returning before restaurant week ends.

I’ve been to other twigs locations a while back and it wasn’t really for me. I always appreciated the ambiance so I decided to come back and I’m glad I did. Amazing food, immaculate presentation, and the best service I’ve had in a while from my server (shoutout Alayna). Thank you for a good time! Wish I took more pictures but I was too busy eating.

Came here for an afternoon date with my wife, very pleased by the experience. The food was excellent, service was great, will definitely be coming back to try new dishes and checking out the other locations.
