My sister and I meet here for pasta dinner at least once a month because we love it so much. The gluten free penne alla vodka is the best we've ever had. This place has become a tradition for us that we always look forward to. The staff is so friendly and the service is quick. The space is beautifully decorated. The food and drinks are delicious. We have also seen that they do a pasta making class which looks really fun event for a group.

Very nice comfy atmosphere and the food was great to boot. We were in the area visiting a school and came across TVB. We were very pleased to find this nice Italian restaurant. My daughter is a big pasta connoisseur and it really hit the spot. We will definitely be visiting again when in the area.

Pax Romana delivered an incredible lunch experience that absolutely lives up to its Michelin recognition. The food was outstanding—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with care. I had the chance to try the Fettuccine ai Porcini, Speck e Panna, Penne alla Vodka, and Maccheroni con Ragù di Salsiccia—each dish was delicious and distinct, making it hard to choose a favorite. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurant itself has a cozy, inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed yet high-quality meal. Portion sizes were generous, and for the quality, the pricing feels like a great value. If I had to mention one minor thing, it would be a slightly off smell upon entering, but it quickly faded and didn’t impact the experience overall.

Enjoyed a pasta making class with my girlfriends on a recent Monday night. We made carbonara. Amazing service/high quality food. Owner and chef made us feel very welcomed. The owner even played our favorite songs! Strongly recommend.

Food is very good. Especially the pizza. I loved the mushroom pizza. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing. Ask about the secret room in the basement with the bookshelf door. Awesome! I highly recommend this place.
