Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt

My son and I will were at the mall and he wanted tutti frutti. He ordered a matcha milk tea plain and simple, and when they served it to him it was like a matcha smoothie that was thick. He went back up and spoke with the lady and then the supervisor came out and said that's how they were made and proceeded to tell him he could not exchange it or get a refund. So they ended up throwing the matcha smoothie away and he had to purchase a different milk tea that I made sure was made the correct way. I literally had to explain to her that my son just wanted a plain Mango Milk Tea with no chunks or smoothie like texture. Awful customer service, they're all about the money, I would avoid this tutti frutti in the Pheasant Lane mall in Nashua New Hampshire. We will not be back!

To the owner of this establishment, i am a disabled person and customer and asked if i could Use the bathroom, i was informed By your staff that you do not offer a bathroom but the bathroom sign was posted and was locked and blocked with a broken ice cream machine . That is illegal to block the hallway leading to the bathroom also an establishment with seating is required by law to have a handicap bathroom. I will Contact the NH board of health and the office of disability act and will shut you down for non Conformance. Have respect for the disabled if you are a business owner

Only has one flavor working. DISASTEROUS EXPERIENCE! They had nothing and there were no workers there. The machines were dripping and after calling for a worker for a few minutes one finally came out and said no machines were working. Then, they also ran out of many materials. Disappointed ◠̈ will not be coming back

Great service and the Mango 🥭 Smoothie 🥤 did hit the spot! Dine in available. My son tried my smoothie and he was "Meh", probably because it wasn't a pizza 🍕.

The first froyo place that doesn't let you try samples. Some of the flavors like the strawberry banana tasted very artificial so I definitely don't recommend that. The original tart tasted fine.
