Tutti Frutti frozen yogurt

Gave it a second chance after first time going and everything was "out". Arrived well before 730pm. All hot fudge, caramel antiqued toppings had been put away. Four flavors of frozen yogurt were empty. And, when I asked if I could get hot fudge and whipped cream, I was told it was put away. I asked what time they closed, "oh, we close at 8pm"... looked down at my watch and it was 722pm. They offered me whipped cream and chocolate sauce "if you really want me to go get it"... the chocolate sauce was actually Nutella so, I passed. $12 for my fourth choice flavor of frozen yogurt, some mini m&ms and a splash of whipped cream. I wasn't offered a receipt so, I reached over and took it just to have record of the time... the receipt was time stamped 735pm. Hopefully they don't have any more custo

We love that this Tutti Frutti location always has our favorite froyo flavors: yogurt and dragonfruit. It's what keeps us coming back! As for the toppings, they're not really worth it for us—we prefer to enjoy the froyo on its own. It's a nice treat to grab while walking through the mall and makes for a perfect snack during our shopping trips. Atmosphere is simple. Food is good, but topping lacks popping boba and mochi. Service is whatever. You literally serve yourself. 3.25 stars if I could.

Bit upset. Asked for 3 MILK TEAS and was given 3 SLUSHES and when I asked why they were slush they just said they blend all their milk teas? A milk tea and a milk tea slush are 2 different items, I did not ask for slush. But it took her 10 minutes to make so we took the slushes and ended up sipping each but ultimately tossing them because it was just not what we asked for...

Tons of flavors. I got the coffee milk tea and loved it.

Green mold spots on the cheesecake topping. When we said something, the girl went into the back room, and some rude woman started yelling that it was some other topping spilled on it and never came out to even look. Half the cherries were mush from mixing old with new. When we asked about the original tart flavor, no one there knew what we were talking about. $25 for 2 cups of yogurt. We have been going there for years and will never go back. I can't believe the Department of Health hasn't stepped in.
