Tuscan Pizza Crust

These guys are a surprise hit! I feel like they fly under the radar....maybe because of the lack of pork products. But they carry so many great tasting dishes that don't even require pork. We've tried a bunch of things from here, nearly all of them were hits. Our very favorite is the stuffed shells and cheese. It's a very generous portion at a great price and tastes homemade. We like ordering it with an antipasto salad and garlic knots. The stuffed shells actually come with a couple pieces of garlic bread, so we could easily leave off the garlic knots. The only small issue has been the various steak sandwiches my husband has ordered...they aren't super generous with the meat. I’m a huge fan of their pizza however I suggest not getting the Buffalo chicken pasta. It is quite literally what’s in the name. Pasta and chicken DRENCHED HEAVILY in Buffalo hot sauce. There is no seasoning in this dish. I’m so disappointed. It made it unbearably sour and very hard to eat. If you are a fan of chugging buffalo hot sauce then maybe this is your best option. For the owners: please work on this recipe. I recommend just tossing the chicken in Buffalo sauce and have some tomato sauce mixed with seasoning into the pasta and then you can add the cheese on top.

This is a hidden gem in Buffalo. The pizza slices are huge and BEAUTIFULLY made. It’s rare to find food that looks pretty and also tastes INCREDIBlE. Instagram worthy slices.

Best pizza in Buffalo reminded me of pizza I had from Brooklyn, NY... I love the teriyaki chicken pizza and the Mediterranean one order two extra large pies. Also good amount of cheese on pizza 🍕
