Tuscan Bistro

We were celebrating a birthday and it was a great little place to come up to. I had the salmon which was a huge portion but delicious. My husband had the scallops fra diaviolo which he said was better than places around us. My parents are regular diners there and my mom said the clams and spaghetti is the best meal she's had in awhile. The peanut butter explosion we had for dessert was spectacular! All around great experiences. We would come back up to go again

My visit to this bistro was based on a quick perusal of ratings posted by diners and the fact that it was in close proximity to my just completed doctor’s appointment. An error on both counts. We arrived just minutes after its opening. The waitress had not even arrived, so the owners, a very nice couple, did the honors. Our appetizer of fried calamari arrived, along with some toasted bread slices. The calamari was rather chewy; it was a good thing we were not in any hurry. I selected the soup of the day. Unfortunately the green beans and potato were likely from yesterday. The lunch specials of veal franchise, meatballs and pasta, and scallops over linguine were selected. This was our first visit but will not be our last. From start to finish the service was excellent and the food was above average. I ordered tortellini and meatballs in marinara with baked mozzarella. It was very good. With our drinks we got a basket of garlic bread which was more than enough and had a great flavor. The means come with both soup and salad. I ordered chicken noodle which I was not a fan of because it was loaded with chicken and vegetables but anyone ejsr would have enjoyed it. The salad was very good with lots of romaine instead of iceberg. We need our visit with coffee and red velvet cake which was excellent. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. Every worker was friendly and helpful. We will go back…soon.

Our experience in one word: wow. The ambience was so homey with a lovely Tuscan twist. The service was absolutely fantastic and even beyond our waitress, the rest of the staff was attentive and sweet. But the best part was the food. We were craving Italian and originally went to Limoncello Ristorante but were turned away because we didn’t have a reservation. This was an absolute blessing because we had the best food at Tuscan Bistro. The portions were so big and so worth the price. After this first experience, we already have plans to come back next week for a birthday party and celebration. 10/10 recommend!! We got the calamari, their delicious basket of fresh bread, penne bolognese, and zuppa del pescatore.

This was my first time trying the food here. The server was very nice and attentive . I ordered the stuffed mushroom appetizer and Alfredo tortellini with chicken and added broccoli . The food was amazing . The ambiance is very beautiful. I recommend to all my friends and family and will be visiting again.
