Turnpike Pizza

My absolute favorite pizza in the area, hands down. I became obsessed with their hot honey garlic chicken pizza which is amazing. And omg they have these cheddar bacon ranch BBQ French fries that are to die for!! I honestly have no idea how they do it, the French fries are always soooo crispy but loaded with all the sauces and toppings ... and still somehow crispy. It's amazing. And the pizza, just the right amount of doughy and crispy, in my personal opinion. Same as the French fries, totally loaded but still somehow can with stand all the toppings and still be crispy. I wish I took pictures of the garlic knots too because they are HUGE. And soooo soft and delicious. I've loved everything I have gotten there, even the grinders and pastas. First time having their pizza, definitely will be coming back for more! The margarita pizza is amazing, the breading of the crust is crunchy and satisfying. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the plates are unique as paddles as a great touch! 100% recommend to pizza enjoyers, as it's exactly what you'd want from this style of pizza!

This is the most underrated pizza place in CT by far- 10/10 every single time! Everything is absolutely phenomenal and they put an extra spin on everything. The garlic knot sliders are a game changer and now every other pizza place sucks. Red and white pizza both amazing and the wings are huge and smothered in sauce. Absolutely top tier nothing beats it- and I complain a lot.

I have been going here once a week for over a year and always mean to leave a review but the foods always devoured before I can take pictures lol this is by far the best pizza , wings and overall take-out place around !

We heard Turnpike Pizza was getting good reviews after a change in ownership, so we decided to visit! Definitely a take-out business, but they still plated everything very nicely for us. I had never visited under the old ownership, but you can tell they recently remodeled and it was nice in there. The owner is so sweet, and it felt good to support their new endeavor. If I lived closer, I would definitely order takeout from here often! We’ve already been back a second time, and they’re doing a great job of adding new and creative items to the menu. Everything is delicious!
