We loved the protein bowl, vegan and gf!! Great coffee options. Maggie was our waitress and took good care of our family.

One of my favorite go to breakfast spots! Great food and the staff are absolutely wonderful!! Highly recommend!

Horrible service Seagirt location — we walked out. We came in on Thursday, January 15 at around 10:00 a.m. The restaurant was not busy at all, with only a couple of tables occupied. Despite the place being mostly empty, the hostess seated us directly next to another table, which wasn’t ideal, but we didn’t complain. From that point on, no one ever came to our table. Staff members repeatedly looked over at us, yet no one acknowledged us or offered service. One waitress stood behind the counter on the phone, while another chatted with a table that was leaving. At one point we thought someone was finally coming to help us, but a waiter walked right past without stopping. After the chatting customers left, we assumed service from that waitress would finally begin. Instead, the waitress went

Polite, friendly service. Clean, inviting environment. Fun music ( not too loud for 8 am). Good, quick food. Hot coffee (and HOT SYRUP!). No disdain that I was paying with a gift card for 2 free meals, and taking 1 togo- super accommodating and bonus points bc that's not a great table to get on a Sunday morning. kudos Joshua 😊

Server was Kaitlyn she was fantastic on-top of everything and all together very sweet,food came out fast and she made sure to clear all plates and check on up many times! Will definitely be coming back for her
