Tuckerman's Restaurant & Tavern

This is a hidden gem and is a must if in the area. Whenever we stay in the area we have always made a point to eat here with friends and family as a highlight of our ski holiday. Gets busy at dinner time so ensure early arrival or book. The meat loaf with gravy mash and veg is outstanding. Two large slices of meat wrapped in bacon cook to perfection. Plenty of seating inside with chairs outside for warmer weather. The service is excellent. Also recommend the shepherds pie as an alternative but lots of other good options on the menu. Definitely recommend.

The food was the most delicious meal I have had out at a restaurant in a very long time. Our waiter Sam made the whole experience even more memorable. Filet mignon. The mozzarella skillet was kick ass as well. Thank you for great food, great atmosphere and great hospitality

My husband and I went on new years eve. It was full but we only waited 20 min. The staff kept us updated on roughly how long it would be. Our waitress Christine? Was wonderful. She checked on us often and got things to us in a good amount of time. My husband and I got the short rib mushroom marsala. It was exceptional. Probably one of the best meals that I have had in a long time. 10/10 would recommend. And the batroom was very clean.

We had our small wedding here and it was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us — they offered great vegetarian options, allowed us to bring our own cake and decorations, and made everything so easy. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We also stayed in the Sandy Creek Cabin with some of our wedding guests, and it was perfect — beautiful, comfortable, and right next to the venue. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Great service by owner & staff! Would highly recommend! We traveled to New Hampshire for a family vacation and ordered $250 worth of food. We had to go back because an item was missing. They went above & beyond to make up for it; added in a butter ball desert, which was delicious! Can’t wait to come back!
