I said k would come back and I am 100% glad I did. I was greeted by a young lady very pleasant and smiling took my seat and she came over with my Sprite and I asked her what do you recommend, I’ve already tried the smash burger, without hesitation she said the brisket sandwich and sidewinders. She was not wrong one of the best brisket sandwiches I have ever had. The sidewinders were hot and crispy with perfect amount of season. I met the owner today he was very enthusiastic and glad I was there. This will be put on my top 5 list to eat at. The food today and the staff were all worth the price. Thank you, I will be back very soon.

A must stop to enjoy great food in a relaxing atmosphere. We come for breakfast every chance we are in town. Truman takes time to come by and check on our food, experience, and share interesting stories such as his mom's biscuit recipe and where they get their great coffee. They make you feel like the best customer.

After only 4 weeks of dinner service IT IS GREAT. Only going off of my meal, I split the bacon chicken ranch mac and cheese and the loaded fries with brisket, it was wonderful. The fries: crispy. The batter on the chicken: light and beautifully cooked. The brisket: not usually my thing but also very good. The only issue is that I couldn't eat more!

My first at Truman’s the pulled pork was really good! Nice portions. Excited to have this restaurant downtown Fuquay. They have many options on the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have mimosa and other alcohol choices.

1st visit. Came for brunch after seeing great reviews. Waited about little over an hour for food to arrive. Only 3 tables had patrons outside. 50% capacity inside. Disappointed in food quality after the wait and $62 for 2 people.
