True Texas BBQ

We had HEB for the first time here in Texas- WOW! So delicious and affordable, great options and great taste. Mark was so helpful and kind, he helped us all pick something we would love. PS: Get the banana pudding!

I had a great time at H-E-B true Texas BBQ oh my God Guys I’m saying if you’ve never ate brisket and you wanna try brisket and you wanna have a great experience your corn cream is so good mac & cheese is off the chain make you wanna slap your mama not only that the brisket is so juicy and tender. It just falls apart when you pull it oh my God everything is amazing and they have a A great loaded, baked potato, which you could eat three different Kinds of meat, but I recommend that brisket amazing amazing amazing five star from the staff to the food. Everything is so great.

“Special (limited-time)” Brisket Ramen is nothing more than a Tapatio Birria microwave noodle bowl… the advertisement doesn’t mention that at all… They should do better, the rest of their food is really good and you get what you expect.

I was going to leave two stars but the beef rib was soo bad. The nacho cheese was too sweet. Dessert cobblers were just mushy. The brisket was pretty good maybe the only thing I would get again. The beef rib tasted gristly and way too fatty throughout. Every bite tasted like a forkful of fat. I think the cook was off. We couldn't finish it and my family loves barbecue. Felt like a waste of money overall.

I’ve been to True Texas BBQ more times than I can count, and every single I’m given amazing service and delicious food. On my most recent visit, I ordered the seasonal birria ramen for the first time and was greeted by Tanner. His customer service was so great I asked if he was the manager lol. It was top-notch and the birria ramen was a 10/10, as expected. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Tanner, for providing such a great experience and for making sure customers receive amazing food every time.
