Absolutely love True Food Kitchen! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients you can actually feel good about. The menu has something for everyone, whether you’re eating clean, vegetarian, or just want a delicious, well-balanced meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything from the drinks to the desserts is thoughtfully prepared and consistently excellent. Highly recommend True Food Kitchen for a healthy, satisfying dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

We stopped in for lunch because this is my Brother's favorite place to eat. There was a bit of a wait for a table, we were told 45 mins but it was really only about 20-25. My wife and I split the Grass-Fed Burger, which was very delicious! She had a Simple Green Salad as a side while I had a side of fries with the Tuscan dust. Again, very delicious. Our niece had a pizza off the kids menu and it was cooked to a crisp. I love a good wood fired pizza but this was way over cooked. The waitress was very nice, refilled water glasses often, and answered all questions we had. The atmosphere was fine. Being plant lovers we enjoyed all the live plants inside, other than that it was fine.

One of if not the most sustainable restaurant in Naples, TFK boasts a sizable menu of options that prioritize quality and deliver at a reasonable price point. I’ve now been twice across a span of years and the quality has only gone up if anything. Coming from regions where food quality is more common, this is a standout in Naples - and its positioning in a luxury shopping center is no mistake, but it’s very affordable for what it’s actually offering. Much worse food can be had for more money in many spots nearby. You’ll see notes on farming practices, protein content, and vegan/gluten free option to accommodate any kind of dietary preference. Really enjoyed everything from simple soups and guacamole to the mains. And had the food delivered as well just to cover all the bases. Obviously

We were well taken care of from the moment we arrived by the receptionist, who directed us to an outdoor table as requested. The waitstaff was attentive, we received excellent service, and we ordered the Asian Wild Caught Shrimp (black rice with ginger, an Asian touch, and shrimp). The dish was well-portioned and delicious. Good service and a fair price.

Yuck! I’ve never written a poor review before but this one needs to be shared. I had another really bad experience with my pickup order. It’s not the first time I’ve experienced something wrong with my food so this honestly was my last straw. I ordered the ancient grains bowl and the chicken was RAW. Pink and slimy. The avacado was hard as a rock, along with the sweet potatoes which weren’t fully cooked. This place used to be consistent and amazing. The previous incident was pulling a total of 4 long black hairs out of my mouth, while eating their pizza. They offered me a refund. I spent a couple hours after- vomiting at the thought of it. And now I am sick to my stomach after seeing that I’ve eaten a few pieces of raw chicken. Definitely not getting what you pay for here. Do better Tru Fo
