We absolutely love True Food Kitchen! My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now, have brought several family members, recommend it to everyone we know, and it has truly become our favorite place to eat out. We drive all the way from Berthoud, and it is worth the trip! We both have multiple food allergies and special dietary restrictions, which usually makes dining out stressful and rare for us. True Food Kitchen has completely changed that experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable about cross-contamination, avoid seed oils, and offer so many gluten-free and dairy-free options. Our whole experience there was fantastic! I’m 60 years old and I must say, the food was one of the best meals, I have ever had. That’s saying a lot! And our server was outstanding: Mason! I hope he keeps shining his Light to everyone lucky enough to meet him ✨

True Food Kitchen has been a long time staple in Cherry Creek at least for as long as I have been in Denver and they have always killed it and I think they have even gotten better over time. They are always my go to spot when I find myself in Cherry Creek and I want something on the healthier side that won’t break the bank. I really do always feel like my stomach feels good after eating here. When you think of healthy food, typically taste is sacrificed for health but I never felt like that is the case here. No matter what I get here, it’s always at least decent if not delicious. It is also really cool to see the open concept kitchen where you can easily see all the chefs prepare the whole foods. Took my wife here for lunch before window shopping Cherry Creek. The menu is expansive in its own unique way with GF, vegan, and vegetarian options. Love how they integrate seasonal ingredients. The Cauliflower appetizer is a must! The GF bun is actually a flat bread and amazing! Will be coming back to try EVERYTHING on this menu curated by Dr. Andrew Weil.

I had a fantastic meal at True Food Kitchen, feeling nourished and satisfied. Servers Bailey and Jesse were welcoming, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, enhancing the experience. Started with the Hangover RX refresher—refreshing, zesty, and hydrating without excess sweetness. Mains included the juicy, flavorful grass-fed burger with creamy, spiced butternut squash soup, and standout Panang curry with plump wild-caught shrimp—aromatic, balanced, and mildly spicy. Ended with butternut squash pie: flaky crust, smooth spiced filling, and wholesomely sweet. True Food excels in healthy, tasty eats in a great atmosphere. Highly recommend—5/5 stars!
