The food was delicious to the core, service was amazing with decent portions, very welcoming staff and clean environment. The roti was unreal with the curry goat, so unfortunately there were no pictures due to the deliciousness. Overall an amazing small business in queens.

First time trying Trinidadian food and True Flavors after seeing it on IG! Clean and nice atmosphere. Co-owner is amazing and friendly. The food was good. I ordered curry shrimp double and jerk chicken and spinach rice meal.

The large catering order I received was so good! The Trini style Chinese chicken, vegetable fried rice, and vegetable chow mein was amazing. All my guests enjoyed the food, I highly rerecommended True Flavors! Nikki was a big help in assisting with my order.

I tried True Flavors for the first time today & I was amazed ! The doubles are the best I’ve had in Queens. The boneless chicken curry is full of flavor ! Shrimp curry was superb !! Will definitely be back.
