True Blue Mediterranean (inside Slatington Farmers Market)

What a pleasant surprise right here in the Slatington . I ordered the chicken Gyro on gluten-free pita and it is outstanding!!. The gluten-free pita is soft and did I say perfect yet? Everything is freshly made and with great care and great love and you can tell while you’re eating it that they truly do care about what they’re doing here. Had a wonderful conversation to start off the order regarding food, allergies and safety so the knowledge is there that care is there. I highly recommend if you’re in the area stopping in you will not be disappointed.

The best grape leaves i have ever had!! My Greek salad was delicious and a huge portion. It was so fresh and delicious. My sister had the falafel gyro which she really enjoyed. I cant wait to come back and try the protein smoothie. Service was excellent and everyone there is so nice.

Fantastic food, had a lamb gyro with this delicious lemon & garlic sauce with a side of pita chips was excellent, crispy and filling. They give you good portions of food. The mint lemonade was very refreshing. I am a picky eater and I hesitated to eat here but Basil made my experience comfortable. The restaurant is extremely clean, there's a peaceful, placid & generally welcoming atmosphere from the marketplace. 100% recommend, could make this a day trip a day of antiquing finished by a meal at one of the restaurants. My personal recommendation is True Blue. Thanks Basil.

I can honestly say that they served me the best lamb gyro- I have ever had in my life. My gyro was huge and so fresh. The meat was tender and the cucumber sauce is to die for! The staff was super friendly as well. I would absolutely 100% recommend true blue Mediterranean. I will definitely be going back with an empty belly. 😋
