I had a surprisingly negative experience during what was meant to be a quick stop after a long day on a very special weekend. Instead of being greeted with the usual friendliness I’ve come to expect, I was met with dismissal, as if serving me was an inconvenience. I serve locally, so I asked about the location’s service discount. The response I received was, “Do you really want it?” That comment alone made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary. I had ordered both a smoothie and a sandwich, but once the smoothie was handed over, I was abruptly told, “Go have a nice day,” with no acknowledgment of the rest of my order. I've ordered from Tropical Smoothie Cafe before, it's always perfect 👌🏾. Today I stopped in (pickup order). Staff is friendly and welcoming. I ordered the apple pie Smoothie, it was phenomenal 😋. I will definitely order this one again. Highly recommend.

Whoever was in charge on Friday the 17th needs to know how to speak to customers. She was very rude. Probably won’t come back into this one. And maybe smile every once in awhile in you’re in customer service

This place never disappoints! I had the Thai Chicken Wrap which was delish. Added a Mango Magic Smoothie for on $4.49. Such a refreshing meal for a hot day!

Cheerful, speedy service. The workers were all very pleasant and patient as I hauled my kids in for free smoothies. You made our afternoon!
