Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The food was good, however we were not greeted when we came in and instead felt awkwardly stared at. When we arrived around 8:30 p.m, all of the chairs were already up. I asked if dine-in was still open, and while the staff member said yes, no effort was made to take down chairs for us. We ended up sitting at a small kids booth. I completely understand wanting to get a head start on closing, but beginning those tasks so early makes customers feel unwelcome, especially since Tropical Smoothie doesn't close until 10 p.m on weekdays.

Honestly, this may be my last time at this store. I love trop smoothie and their healthy options, but I asked for a little more yogurt in this bowl as it was quite puny. After a few minutes of waiting, the lady brings me out a tiny spoonful more of yogurt. They didn’t even bring anything to the table for our eat in order, and I had given a good tip… 😡😫🤣

Food was alright, nothing special. Just a “healthy” version of fast food. Staff was unpleasant, we basically got the food thrown on the counter and we had to assume it was ours. The man who took our order was unpleasant as well.

Living near this cafe is dangerous because I always wanna drive over and spend $10 on a sweet treat for myself even when I knowo I don't need one. But the smoothie... It calls to me

Im new in town and a vegan 🌱 so not many options for me, but one thing I have been looking forward to is a good smoothie and avocado 🥑 toast ( I have really grown to love). Today I order my usual and my flatbread toast, priced at $5.49, I get like a taco with a glaze of avocado in between. So I show the young lady and she says let me correct that and tells the young man in the back that is preparing the food. He says what’s the difference and sighs loudly then I get another supposedly and it’s just flattened out cut with still have the avocado then usual and some extra seasoning to cover up. Really disappointing I thought I had a great daily sunrise date place for my wife and I. I guess we’ll try healthy hut out for a go to place in the am 🌞
