Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I stopped by after my workout at Pilates and grabbed a smoothie. Met the owner. He was friendly, service was fast and smoothie was delicious! I got the Island Green smoothie. I may make this my regular stop after Club Pilates.

Smoothie bowls are my favorite. So fresh and delicious. Expensive but I’ve been getting coupons for BOGO. They have specials in the mornings too.

This spot is being run by extremely cheap and incompetent folks. Every single summer comes and goes and they don’t fix the a/c. Poor workers suffer every single day. While the smoothies are good the distaste in how the franchise owner treats his employees & customers is just downright disgusting. The whole country knows texas summers are brutal. Yet they don’t want to fix the a/c … not going here until they fix the a/c… highest the temperature inside I’ve seen is 96 but today the temperature inside was 89 at 8:30pm when i was getting a smoothie. So sad for the poor high school ages employees… this is appalling…

I have come to this place several times and service was always excellent. But I've noticed that management may be close by but this place is run by young high school kids playing with their phones. Sarurday evening, my wife got food poisoning with the chicken quesadillas because the kids did not 1.) Cook the packaged chicken well, or 2.) to watch the expiration date of the chicken. My wife was sick for the last few days and recovering. You guys need to check the expiration date of your food please or cook it better!

Great service, great food, great staff, friendliness, smiling faces, and food is always ready before promised time! The store is always clean and inviting with calming music! Favorite spot for Smoothies😁😁
