Tropical Smoothie Cafe

GIVE THEM ALL THE STARS!!!!! I travel a lot, especially around the Midwest and all over Michigan, and I’ve got to say this is hands-down the best Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. It’s super clean, smells amazing (even the bathroom!), and the food always comes out fast and exactly right. The girls who work here are so friendly and upbeat—it really makes the place feel welcoming. Even if it’s a few extra minutes out of my way, I’ll always choose this location. Seriously, bravo to this team!

Cassie was wonderful to interact with and even gave me a great recommendation of smoothie (mango something). She also checked in on my boyfriend who recently had ACL surgery. It was refreshing to chat with someone who actually cared about us as people and not just a customer.

We wanted to enjoy our smoothie as it was way too hot, but some sitting at the table behind us had incredibly rude manners. They were out of a smoothie we came in for. The staff member was not knowledgeable in explaining that after signing up, I have to come in next time to get a free smoothie. Another member explained. Both did not explain that there’s an expiration date by the time you can claim a free smoothie. Not that it’s a big deal. The service and atmosphere was not right. I also had a prior negative experience at this location, where I was charged a water bottle but they never included in my order. They never made it right, nor refund.

Awesome, awesome and awesome again! My fav here is the açaí bowl. The staff is also great, and efficient!

I was so happy they added this much needed location so I can make better food choices while out and about. 💯💪 Easy to get to, super friendly, clean bathroom, smelled super good to the point I asked the lady behind the counter what her perfume was 😍 Yummy. Used several times now going in and ordering online. Suggest the app too, rewards add up quick!! *And they always have vegan chicken*
