Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ordered a chicken ceaser wrap and was given a completely shredded tortilla, mess. Attempting to hold it together and eat it was impossible as everything was falling through the tears of the tortilla. Extremely frustrating.

2 stars because normally this location is ok. This evening I ordered my usual chicken pesto flatbread. As you can see from the picture, there was a singular half slice of tomato, a small splash of pesto only on the left side, 3 little shreds of cheese on the left side, and cold chicken only on the right. This is abysmally sloppy. Normally I like going here but I'll be going to the one on Gratiot from now on

We had a late meal here not too long ago(hrs). It was our first time here, and we were definitely pleased! The staff was polite! The guy who made our food wore gloves and the girl making the smoothies changed her gloves multiple times while we waited...HUGE PLUS!!!! We ordered the Chicken Bacon and Ranch Flatbread, the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, and a Mango Magic Smoothie!! The wrap and flatbread both came with a choice of an apple, chips, or some third side the cashier mentioned. Everything was good! This will definitely be our quick snack stop in the future!!

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, and this location (really all of them in general are) is always so nice and accommodating when I ask for a sanitized blender. I just called ahead of a DoorDash and the girl was very nice and made sure it was taken care of!

Im an everyday tropical smoothie customer and this location by far has the worst tasting smoothies. I dont know if they use to much ice or what but the smoothie was tasteless, watered down and had minimum flavor. I returned the smoothie so they could remake it and it still was horrible. Definitely recommend tropical smoothie just not this one!
