Placed an order for two fried rice and one lo mein, found hair in the food and had to toss everything out, called to speak to manager and was told he would return the phone call, he never returned our call

This restaurant does not even deserve one star. I was there for the dinner service, we ordered a tropical jade fried rice with fried chicken on top. The food came quickly which we all like , but a bit too quickly because given the average time it took to prepare the food I would say approximately 5 minutes later the food arrived. The first bite was disgusting. The shrimps stank as well as the chicken. The rice with pineapple were sitting somewhere for a long time. Overall the food looked like it was reheated several times. In addition we paid for it but didn’t eat it because we didn’t want them to think we wanted free food. I must mention one of the waitress was very polite and understood our plight while the other was rude as well. In conclusion I would not recommend this place for even a

Worst experience ever. Whoever takes the food orders clearly can’t hear properly. I drove 46 minutes to pick up food, only to come home completely disappointed. The roast duck never even order that definitely not worth the trip. Never again

Walked in there for lunch,it’s Saturday after 12 the upstairs where is more family like is not open.fine we agreed to sit downstairs,we sat like 20 mins and the waitress did not come to take our orders and they were no one else dining just a few drinking.she stand and was on her phone and ignore us.unprofessional and do not recommend anyone to go there. Updated review: I’ve been ordering here for years and it has been my go to spot locally but my latest experience was a bad one. I ordered a jerk chicken fried rice as I do every single time I order from this spot. They instead just delivered jerk chicken, no fried rice. I called and mentioned this to them however, there was blatant disregard for myself as the customer where both the manager and person who took my order has no intent of correcting their mistake. “Nope you ordered jerk chicken, sorry delivery is closed, not our fault”. Not a single attempt for decent customer service or to satisfy someone ordering consistently from their restaurant. I’ll take my business elsewhere. This is my new go-to for Guyanese West Indian food in little Guyana. This is the only place that I am aware of
