This Jamaican restaurant Is fire . I had yummy patties, chicken and beef mon. The jerk chicken was fall off the bone and the dirty rice was packed with flavor. Staff is so cool parking in the lot out front.
My first impression of Carribean food and it was delicious! Tony was so kind to guide me through the menu and give me some suggestions. I ended ip getting the brown stew chicken and a beef patty. The chicken was so soft that it fell off the bone as I poked it and the sauce was really great with my plain rice since I was allergic to coconut that they use for the other rice. I recommend the ginger beer too! Its more on the ginger side than it is sweet which is really nice!
Beyond my expectations!!! Food was SO fresh & SO tasty!! We had the curry chicken, curry goat & beef patties. Amazing portions & tenderrrr. Will be back soon!!!!
Eating at Tropical Fiyah was a great experience. As soon as we walked in, we were serenaded with Bob Marley and greeted by friendly faces. We shared the Jerk Chicken and festival. It was perfect for two of us to share. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. I liked the rice too and the plantains were delicious. The festival yummy too. Overall, the vibes were fantastic. The dishes offer plenty of food for a reasonable price so bring a friend and share.
Went here last night bc I wanted to try it. They ran out of curry goat and jerk chicken, so I went with the oxtails instead. The small size was enormous and enough for at least 3 servings, which was good bc it was a little pricier. And the oxtails were hittin’!!! 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 The service was really great, which isn’t always the case at a Jamaican spot. No shade. But, if you know, you know. 👀😂 The lady and I at the cash register had a chuckle about that as she kindly helped me decide between the oxtails and the stew chicken. It was definitely a hit! Beans and rice were on point and they gave me extra oxtail gravy sauce. Also, the cabbage was flavorful too. 10/10. Def going back.
