Trona Branch Library

STRICTEST LIBRARY EVER? Most days the library isn't open til 10 to 11 which feels pretty late to me. Also a bummer they're closed on Fridays. Wasn't allowed to bring drink inside which was frustrating. Very small interior with computer lab in the corner. If you need to charge devices you'll have to do it in the computer lab since there aren't any other outlets. The sitting area in the center room seems mainly designed for kids, with short chairs and table. When I was charging my power bank (which I was told I could) an employee told me to unplug it bcuz the only thing that can be charged is phones?? Really strange, pretty unwelcoming vibe tbh. Wouldn't recommend if you're a tourist.

Small but great library. Has a lot of resources and free DVD rentals. Computers with Internet available and a variety of kids classes. Very well-kept.

Great stop. Just needed to scan something to flash drive to send to my lawyer. Always a pleasurable place and great helping people.

The staff are very helful. They have free WiFi and a large selection of new and older movies. Children Storytime on Tuesday evening is fun.

Great resource in the Searles Valley. Great service for finding books and through the digital media ebooks and audiobooks are available.
